Returns & Refunds
We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Simply Secure. It is our aim to offer you quality products at outstanding value for money. Please make sure you check your items carefully before they are used or installed.
Items ordered wrongly or without prior checking of suitability for required use and returned to us will be subject to a 15% re-stocking charge.
Refunds subject to items and packaging returned undamaged and in fully re-saleable condition.
14-day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, for any reason, and notify us within 14 days of delivery, we will either exchange or offer a complete refund, providing the item is unused, in its original packaging, together with the receipt or order number. Simply contact our sales team for details on how to return your purchase (exclusions apply**). A collection charge for unwanted items may apply. This charge may vary according to the size and weight of the item. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Faulty Products
In the rare event that your purchase is incorrect, damaged in transit or fails to perform, please contact our sales team within 28 days of delivery, and they will arrange collection from you, free of charge (exclusions apply**). Collection of the goods will occur via our nominated carrier. Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receipt of the returned order.
If you experience a fault with your product after 28 days but within 12 months, and you can produce your receipt or order number, we will endeavour to repair it for you. If we cannot offer a repair, then we will give you a replacement product.
